Shipping Policy

We offer FREE 2nd day domestic shipping on all orders!

Upgrade your shipment to overnight for $30 (non-refundable).

Please allow 2-5 business days for processing of your order.

All shipments are insured for the full value of the package and require a signature upon delivery. We always contact you prior to shipping to confirm that you will be available to receive the package. Once the item is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Payment Type:

We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover, PayPal and bank transfers.

Sales Tax:

Items shipped to a California address are subject to the current, applicable California sales tax, which shall be automatically charged and withheld on your order.

International Orders:
We accept international orders by phone or email. To place an order for international delivery please call us at (310) 550-5755 during boutique hours or email us at info@JeweleretteandCo.com.

Acceptance of Delivery:

Upon receipt of the item(s) you purchased, it is your responsibility to inspect the item(s) and notify us immediately at info@JeweleretteandCo.com if there is any damage, if anything is missing or if the package has been compromised. If we do not hear from you within 2 business days of your receipt of the delivery, it will be deemed as your acknowledgement that the item(s) arrived to you in good and acceptable condition with no damage. If you timely report any such damage, we will make the repair, replace the item if a replacement is available, or refund your money.
