Jewelerette & Co. strives for the highest level of customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return your order within 14 business days of delivery. For all exchange or return requests, the item(s) must be shipped back to Jewelerette & Co. in its original condition and packaging. No jewelry will be accepted if it is damaged, altered or worn. The brand tag must still be attached – if the tag is removed from your jewelry, there is a 20% restocking fee. Jewelerette & Co. will not be responsible for lost or damaged exchange or return shipments.
Exchange - After receiving and inspecting the exchanged merchandise, we will send you the new item and reimburse you for the difference in price, if any.
Return - After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse you for the purchase price of the item (minus the return shipping fee, if using our label). Custom sized rings are returnable, but a $45 fee will be deducted from the refund. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your refund to be processed.
Damage - If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment, email us info@JeweleretteandCo.com or call us (310) 550-5755. Claims for damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receipt of your order.
