Jewelerette’s Guarantee
Every piece sold by Jewelerette & Co. comes with the following guarantees and services.
Checked by a gemologist
Every piece is checked by our in house GIA Graduate Gemologist for authenticity and quality before it is listed for sale.
Appraisals
An appraisal is available for every piece you buy from us. It is written by Wesley, our GIA Graduate Gemologist, or by an independent appraiser.
Lab reports
Most larger diamonds and gemstones come with a report from an independent laboratory such as GIA. If a stone has no report and you want one, we will send it to the laboratory of your choice.
Lifetime setting repair
For as long as you own the piece, we repair its setting at no charge. This covers re-tipping prongs, re-setting loose stones, polishing out scratches, and replacing the head that holds a stone. Micro pave settings are covered for one year, as described below.
Ring sizing
We size your ring at no charge for one year from the date of purchase. Email or call us during business hours to arrange it.
Micro pave stones
If a pave stone of 0.05 carats or less falls out in normal wear within one year of purchase, we replace it at no charge.
Conditions
Keep your receipt or gift receipt. We need it for every service above.
Work done on the piece by anyone other than Jewelerette & Co. ends these guarantees.
Normal wear, loss of the piece or a stone (other than micro pave stones as above), abuse and theft are not covered.
