Surrounding the emerald and running around the ring is a cascade of diamonds weighing 5.90 carats. They are large and bright white stones in baguette and marquise-shape set in a waterfall style. Made in 18k yellow gold and ready to be worn as a ring or detach the shank and add a chain to wear as a pendant.
