Quality of Diamonds and Gemstones: We pride ourselves on using fine gem quality diamonds and gemstones in every jewelry piece we sell.
Certification: Most of our larger diamonds and gemstones are certified and graded by independent laboratories, such as GIA. If not, we are happy to send the stone to a laboratory of your choosing (for the cost of the report).
Complimentary Lifetime Setting Repair: Even a well-made ring may fall victim to being knocked and dinged against hard surfaces. That is why we offer a lifetime of free repairs to protect the ring setting. This includes: re-tipping the prongs, re-setting loose stones, polishing out scratches and replacing the head that holds the diamond securely in place. With the exception of micro-pave set stones as stated below, we do not replace lost stones.
Complimentary Micro-Pave Mishap: If any small (0.05 carats or less), pave set, diamonds or gemstones fall out during normal, everyday wear, within the first year of purchase, we will replace the missing stone(s) free of charge.
Conditions and Exclusions
Jewelerette & Co.’s Guarantees and Complimentary Services are available only to those who can provide a receipt or gift receipt for the jewelry item purchased from Jewelerette & Co.
Maintenance, repair, sizing or other service performed by someone other than Jewelerette & Co. will void these Guarantees and Complimentary Services.
We do not provide warranties for damage due to normal wear, product loss, loss of stones (other than “Micro-Pave Mishap”), abuse or theft.

All shipments are insured and require a signature upon delivery. Once the item is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Full Refund: We want you to be completely happy with the items you order from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you purchase through this Site, you may return such item within 7 days of the date on which the item was delivered to you.
Exchange or Credit Only: If you return an item to us after such 7 day return period, but between 8 and 14 days of the date on which the item was delivered to you, you may still return the item and elect either to exchange the item or to receive a merchandise credit. Merchandise credit is valid for 1 year from original date of purchase.
All sales are final after 14 days.
Please note that all refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Terms: All returned items must be unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. In addition, all returned items must include all associated tags still attached to the item. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of items that show signs of wear, correctly sized items, engraved items or special orders. Custom jobs or modifications, such as ring sizing, are final sale.

Please package the jewelry securely so it does not move around in transit. Once the item is received, we will check the condition of the item and issue a refund within 2 business days of receipt. Title to all returned products and risk of loss or damage will remain with you until the shipment is received by Jewelerette & Co. If you have any questions regarding these procedures, please contact us.
Alternatively, you may return an item purchased through the Site to our Jewelerette & Co. store in Beverly Hills for an exchange, credit or refund pursuant to this Site's Return Policy.
