The opal weighs a remarkable 15.36 carats while having incredible play-of-color as bright strong flashes of green, orange, yellow, blue, and red can all be seen across the stone! As the opal is moved in the light intense flashes of color appear across the entire stone. It has a unique shape that the ring is designed around with 10 round brilliant-cut diamonds weighing 0.83 carats are set on each side of the opal. Hand-fabricated in platinum, this is one of the finest and most important crystal opals we have seen.
