A stylish and chic ring featuring a 1.03 carat ruby with a unique shield-cut. The ruby has a bright and brilliant slightly pinkish-red color which is full of light and sparkle. The shield-cut is rarely used for rubies and other fine colored stones as it does not allow the cutter to retain as much weight as possible during the cutting process resulting in a smaller finished stone than more traditional shapes. It is complemented by 0.79 carats of large pear-shape and square-shape diamonds set on its sides. Hand-fabricated in platinum and ready to be worn.
