An exquisite antique brooch depicting a royal butterfly features approximately 20 carats of rubies and diamonds. The rubies all have a bright and intense vivid-red color that is so mesmerizing and appealing to the eye. Additionally, rose-cut and single-cut diamonds are set across the butterfly adding a bright contrast to the piece and a brilliance sparkle. Two demantoid garnets finish off the top of the beautiful piece. Crafted sometime during the end of the 19th century, this lovely gem quality piece is ready to be worn for generations to come.
